PROJECT EXPERIENCE
The firm of DUTRA ARCHITECT INC. has developed a wide array of project experience. The firm has undertaken both retrofit and new construction projects. The firm has developed experience of creating interior spaces that are both dynamic and multi-functional for commercial office spaces, restaurants and executive boardrooms. DUTRA ARCHITECT INC. has developed a full range of experience providing design and contract management services to the Commercial Banking Industry. Our body of work includes a full range of restaurant and nightclub interiors. We have transformed raw industrial space into well-conceived, functional and dynamic environments. DUTRA ARCHITECT INC. has worked at developing sites for retail use for the development industry. Our scope of experience has included new and renovated commercial plazas. DUTRA ARCHITECT INC. has successfully completed work for the Ontario Realty Corporation in completing a Holding Cell Facility in the Family Courts and a residence renovation in a training school for Ministry of Education. Residential projects have included new and renovation projects for both private dwellings to conversion to mutli-unit residential.
